Voter Registration Requirements

  • You must be registered to vote in Tooele County to be a poll worker

  • Note: This voter registration requirement does not apply to poll workers under the age of 18.

Work Requirements

  • Minimum Age: 16

  • You must complete training to be a poll worker.

  • Training Details: In-person training typically lasts one hour. Training is required prior to each election, unless waived by election officials.

Tooele County primarily conducts elections by mail, however there is still a need for poll workers. Please contact election officials, listed above, for additional information.

Individuals who are comfortable using computers and tablets are strongly encouraged to apply.

Bilingual English-Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.
