$150 to $175 for Election Day. $20 for training.

You must be registered to vote in Allegheny County to be a poll worker

Note: This voter registration requirement does not apply to poll workers under the age of 18.
Work Requirements

Minimum Age: 17-year-old high school students who are U.S. citizens and county residents.

You must complete training to be a poll worker.

Training Details: New poll workers should expect to spend at least two hours in an in-depth, hands-on training session or attend an interactive online training session. While training for existing poll workers is not mandatory, participation in an online training class is encouraged.
