You must complete training to be a poll worker.

Training Details: Training typically lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour and may be completed in-person or online. Poll workers serve three year terms and must be trained to Commonwealth developed standards at the start of each term. They must also be updated upon the institution of any new laws.
