(Full day shifts are required for most workers. Part-day shifts may also be available.)
Compensation:
$160 to $180 for workers at a voting precinct. $110 to $130 for workers at the Absentee Ballot counting precinct.

Minimum Age: High school students interested in getting involved should contact their local election officials for information.

You must complete training to be a poll worker.

Training Details: In-person training typically lasts 1 to 1.5 hours. Training is required annually, but is encouraged prior to each election.
