$256.64 per Election Day. $128.32 per Early Voting day. $112.50 for training.

Voter Registration Requirements

  • You must be registered to vote in Tioga County to be a poll worker

  • Note: This voter registration requirement does not apply to poll workers under the age of 18.

Work Requirements

  • Minimum Age: 17-year-old high school students.

  • You must complete training to be a poll worker.

  • Training Details: In-person training typically lasts 3 hours. Poll workers must complete training annually.

Additional Information

Elected officials cannot work as poll workers.

Translators are not required to be registered to vote.
