Training Details: In-person training typically lasts 1.5 hours and is held the Saturday prior to an election. Poll workers are required to also complete online training conducted by the State. Training is strongly encouraged to meet the state’s strict guidance for the accuracy of poll books and records, especially for new poll workers.
