You must be registered to vote in Michigan to be a poll worker
Note: This voter registration requirement does not apply to poll workers under the age of 18.
Minimum Age: 16
You must complete training to be a poll worker.
Training Details: New poll worker training typically lasts 2 to 3 hours. Training is offered both in-person and online. Workers may be asked to attend multiple training sessions. Poll workers are required to attend training at least once every two years.
