Compensation:
$15 to $18 per hour for Election Day. $7.25 per hour for training. Mileage reimbursement is also available at $0.50 per mile.

Minimum Age: 17-year-old high school students who are U.S. citizens and county residents.

You must complete training to be a poll worker.

Training Details: In-person training typically lasts 2 to 3 hours. At least two poll workers from each precinct must attend training prior to primary and general elections. Preference for training must be given to poll workers who have never attended a training session before. Contact your county auditor for more information.
