$10 to $12 per hour for Election Day and training. Qualifying mileage is reimbursed at $0.61/mile.

Work Requirements

Minimum Age: 17-year-old high school students who are U.S. citizens and county residents.

You must complete training to be a poll worker.

Training Details: At least two poll workers from each precinct must attend training prior to primary and general elections. Preference for training must be given to poll workers who have never attended a training session before. Contact your county auditor for more information.
