Compensation:
Some poll workers are paid a flat rate, and others an hourly rate. $180 to $300 for Election Day. Workers who pick up or drop off supplies earn an additional $50. $50 per training session. $140 to $215 for Early Voting. $15 an hour for certain positions.

You must complete training to be a poll worker.

Training Details: A combination of in-person and online training is required. In-person training typically lasts 4 hours. Online training typically lasts 1 to 1.5 hours.
