Compensation:
$225 to $295 for Election Day. $65 for Election Day standby. $15 to $17 per hour for Early Voting.

Voter Registration Requirements

  • You must be registered to vote in Collier County to be a poll worker

  • Note: This voter registration requirement does not apply to poll workers under the age of 18.

Work Requirements

  • Minimum Age: 16-year-olds who are preregistered to vote in the county

  • You must complete training to be a poll worker.

  • Training Details: Workers are required to complete 2 to 3 hours of training prior to each election. Training takes place both online and in-person.

Additional Information

If participating in Collier County’s “Adopt a Precinct” program, all money earned will go toward your local organization for fundraising. Find more information here.
