You must be registered to vote in Connecticut to be a poll worker
Note: This voter registration requirement does not apply to poll workers under the age of 18.
Minimum Age: 16-year-olds who are U.S. citizens and town residents.
You must complete training to be a poll worker.
Training Details: Poll workers must attend a paid training session in the week prior to each election. Training typically lasts 1 to 1.5 hours.
In addition to Election Day workers, the Town of Stratford is looking for pre-election workers. Please contact election officials, listed above, for additional information.
